I cannot believe it has taken me this long to write this note regarding your handling the sale of our house, but the gratitude I feel has not diminished with time.  You were a referral from a personal friend of mine, and that reference proved most reliable.

There are a number of factors that affected the sale of our home, and I need to thank you for each and everyone of them.  The biggest challenge was the 'difficult' nature of the buyers, yet you managed to maintain control of the sales cycle and constantly followed through to ensure that all proper steps were taken and that ethical practices were always employed.
